Born and raised here in Virginia Beach, Virginia, I've always had a passion for problem solving. I'm here to help however I can.

Law school taught me that there was more to being a good lawyer than knowing the law. Being a good lawyer means first being a disicple of Jesus, and second using every aspect of your life to demonstrate Jesus's love in order to create new disciples of Jesus. This philosphy has never let me down in the practice of law, and I have had the opportunity to change hearts and change lives by serving them to the best of my ability.

I have since gotten married to my beautiful wife Melissa, who teaches in the Virginia Beach Public School system. I count my blessings everyday that she is not a lawyer like me. We have one daughter, and she's a handful to say the least.

My goals for my clients are to serve them to the fullest extent of the law and my abilities, to leave no stone unturned, and to do my best to help them put this legal stuff in the past and work towards moving on with their lives. If you need help, give me a call, and I'm always happy to help.

Thorough and Professional

I contacted Peter Louie’s office with help for a speeding ticket after contacting another local law firm that I did not get good vibes from. I had a phone consultation with Attorney Carroll. He actually took time to listen to the incident and cared about what I had to say. He then came up with a plan to tackle the case. He took me through all possible scenarios and outcomes so that I could make informed decisions along the way. I followed his advice to a “T” and he was able to defend my case while I was unavailable to go to court, and he got my speeding ticket dismissed! I am so appreciate of him, and all of the staff at Peter Louie’s office that worked hard to provide too notch service. Hopefully I don’t have to personally use him again, but I would recommend this practice to anyone, without reservation. Thank you again to Attorney Carroll and everyone else at Peter Louie’s office.

Reckless driving and Racing charges

I would like to thank Attorney Braden Carroll who represented my son during his reckless driving 97/55 and racing charges. He is a true professional and understands the temperature of the system. From day one he was honest about the possible consequences which truly registered with my son. Awesome Attorney

I hired Mr. Carroll to represent me in my reckless driving case. I was so nervous and terrified because I had never been to court before and reckless driving is a class 1 misdemeanor. Mr. Carroll was truly kind and answered all my questions and helped put my mind at ease. My charge ended up being reduced to a speeding infraction and not a misdemeanor! Caring and Extremely Helpful

I hired Mr. Carroll to represent me in my reckless driving case. At first I was going to try to go it alone, but became too nervous of the outcome, since it is a Class 1 misdemeanor. From our initial free consultation he immediately put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands at trial. After following his advice, I am happy to say my charge was reduced to speeding, an infraction and not a misdemeanor. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again if ever needed in the future. Not only a great attorney but a wonderful person.

Professional & Knowledgable

Braden Carroll is an excellent attorney! From the start he responded to my message quickly and answered all questions I had regarding my situation in a very professional manner. My daughter faced a misdemeanor charge/ Speeding

Hampton,Va over height violation

when I got over height violation in Hampton,Va talked to few different lawyers and decide to go with mr.Braden since he was very clear what he was going to do and how much will it cost and thats exactly how it was.Mr.Braden will inform you what is going on with the case all the way 'till it's end.So if anybody needs a lawyer for such or a different case believe me mr.Braden is the guy you need to call.He had my case dismissed with no points on my driver license and all I can say,thank you mr.Braden for resolving my case without headache…..

Reckless Driving Ticket

Nothing but the best

I was given a reckless driving ticket while visiting Virginia for doing 83 in a 65. When I was given the ticket I was told I would have to appear in court for my charge and with me being from out of the state I would have to come back regardless. I called around to a few lawyers and started talking to Mr Carroll and he said he would definitely help me out. Mr Carroll kept me updated with my case and informed me of a few things I would need to do before my court date. Mr Carroll was able to get me out of coming back to VA for court as well as the reckless driving charge dropped. I would strongly recommend giving Mr Carroll a call If you need law advice!
