Louis Napoleon Joynes II

I have had a great experience with the Joynes and Gaidies team. My family member referred me to them after she was barely bumped from behind while sitting at a traffic light. She had no damage to her car and no real injuries with the exception of some minor neck soreness. Joynes and his team got her ...a check for over $3000 for her personal injuries and $400 for her vehicle damage. I was hit by a drunk driver back in October 2010 and my case has been continued at least 3 times by the driver and his lawyer. The night of my accident I was wrongfully written a ticket for failure to yield which jepordized my ability to make a claim against this drunk driver who was arrested on the scene, who totalled my car and caused severe injury to my neck and back. Mike had the ticket thrown out of court almost effortlessly. I was so relieved. Now I am awaiting my next court date to see the outcome which based on what I've seen so far with the Joynes and Gaidies team I have no worries at all. I would absolutely recommended this firm to any and everyone.
