Erik William McCauley

I was already divorced when I hired Erik. My ex-husband was taking me to court to stop my alimony and to change custody that we already agreed on for our son. I'm so thankful I found Erik because the first attorney I hired was not at all what I expected; I had to ask to speak in court because that at...torney wasn't answering questions the judge was asking. Erik was and is completely opposite; he fought for my rights and didn't leave a stone unturned. I might have a little issue with wanting to talk in court but Erik was good at keeping me calm and having me let him do what he is good at and what I hired him to do. He was ready and when I was completely thrown off guard by my ex asking the judge for full custody Erik was on it. I may have racked up attorney fees due to my ex appealing the judges decision about the alimony and going to court in front of the judge in July because my ex wouldn't settle with what Erik was proposing before court but Erik was on it.
