David Aaron Cardon

I hired Mr. Cardon on May 1st, 2023 as I was arrested for a DWI on April 30th, 2023. This was a false arrest, and my excessive talking out of nervousness is what caused the officer to believe I was on a drug. In August 2023, the blood draw came back negative, however, the prosecutor, Molly Bricker, w...anted to move forward with my case despite the lack of direct evidence. The plea bargain presented was a reckless driving ticket and one year suspended jail time, and Mr. Cardon attempted to persuade me both verbally and through documented text messages to take this deal. My dad and I sat down with Joel Kinney of Doummar Law who told us not to take that plea bargain due to the lack of evidence to support my charge. My case was extended twice, once in August due to Mr. Cardon being out of town, and again in October due to the officer being called to a fatal car accident. When we went to court in December, the prosecutor, Ms. Bricker, dropped my charge one minute before the trial. I moved forward with Joel Kinney of Doummar Law as my expungement lawyer, and the expungement process was smooth, easy, and quick, as a case with zero evidence should be.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, David Cardon couldn't care less about helping us with my finance case. He took advantage and played me for $750 just to play candy crush in the court room with his hair a mess looking like he just popped out of bed and just "show up". He tried to avoid speaking with his actual ...client the whole time, stuttered and said UM the entire time while speaking to the judge. My fiance called him trying to discuss his case and David was chewing and eating all in his ear. With his lack of concern a public defender could've done a way better job and they are FREE. Let's not forget after he got us denied bond he ask for $10,000 and told me he would still have to do jail time. And he is a innocent man , I have proof with witness David never utilized. And due to him being a terrible lawyer my fiancé missed the birth of our son who passed away and he never got to meet him bc of this PEICE OF SGIT LAWYER . Now I have hired a WAY better lawyer to recommend for a fraction of the price AND HE WILL BE GETTING OUT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER . This man cared nothing about his client or his case knowing we had a child due very soon and only wanted to take our money.

David Cardon was very professional & took care of my reckless driving case promptly. He was priced very reasonably. He went to court for me twice because my case was extended. He got my ticket pleaded down to speeding. He made sure to provide me with all of the information in case I wanted to appeal ...the decision. He gave me his direct number, & if he ever missed a call her called me back as soon as he was able to. 10/10 would recommend.

I was found guilty of "firing a gun in public" in the General District Court. I hired Mr. Cardon to file an appeal in Circuit Court with the hopes that I could get a reduced charge because I am entering nursing school and having this type of conviction would ruin my chances of becoming a nurse.
