Reckless Driving Defense

On Feb. 15, 2017 I represented a woman charged with Reckless Driving. The police officer did not have a witness in court to verify my client's driving. He tried to introduce evidence of her hitting a ... vehicle and running as well as her statements at the scene. I objected to his testimony re conclusions and my client's statements on the grounds that she had not been read her Miranda Warnings before the interrogation. The judge agreed and ultimately the case was dismissed.
