Ashli Brooke Pack

Ms. Pack did the absolute bare minimum for me and my custody case. She had all the information and evidence needed to make a very strong win, yet did almost nothing. She was unprepared for every hearing and trial, did not present any of the pages upon pages of documentation I provided her, and basica...lly just stood up and told the judge that it's in the kids' best interest to be with me, without showing the hard facts right in front of her. i would've been better off representing myself! She very clearly doesn’t care, or doesn’t know what she’s doing.

I was referred to Ashli from a couple of people who had used her for their divorces in the past. Divorce is a very emotional situation to be in, Ashli helped calm any fears. She was able to help guide me in what many "standards" there were for specific items related to insurance, life insurance, se...condary education, etc. Ashli was efficient and timely in completing my case, and she was always upfront about items that were irrelevant to the divorce.

Extremely disappointed in her lack of involvement in helping to plan! She would sit back and simply listen or be "entertained" by the client's situation. Sadly, at the end of each meeting that I requested due to NOT hearing anything, she would say "I can do this" or "I can do that" and ended up not d...oing anything causing me to leave feeling even more so puzzled about where things were going with my case. My ex-husband had to ask me to ask MY attorney to PLEASE respond to his attorney as she never responded to emails or returned phone calls. It was VERY embarrassing, to say the least. Also, I noticed misspelled words and grammatical errors in a document she sent to the courts. Clearly, it was rushed and very sloppy. Luckily, I terminated this relationship and moved on to find another attorney. I am very happy I made this decision as I could not imagine continuing to have her as by my side.

Everything that I provided and requested for her to do or to bring forward for my case hearings, she did not do so. She did not bring forward all my concerns or requested for those documents to be included on my hearings. For instance, very important paper related to stablish a restraining orders, sh...e forgot to bring to the hearing. Every time that I requested for her to include on my hearing, for some reason, she would not comply with my request. She often appeared no to have a solid plan as she would only asked for bits of information at a time instead of asking everything that she could possibly needed at once. Minimum communication and most often I had to call for her to only provide me with vague information. Doe to her failures to do what I asked, now I'm paying for her not doing her job properly. When my new lawyer tried to include those documents, the judge would not allow them as it was too late.
