My experience

Tucker is the best lawyer on the eastern shore. He handled a child custody case for me great price and explained how we stand. Even after I made the judge mad and was in over my head he took over and did a awesome job. Tucker I know I was a pain but you are the best hands down

Great lawyer & great assistant !

I was stopped on Route 113 near Eastville, VA a few weeks ago on my way to Virginia Beach. The police stationed at one of the many speed traps along the highway stopped and immediately wrote me a reckless driving ticket ( 60 some miles per hour in a 45 zone ). I was shocked to find out that such is ...considered as a first degree criminal offense in VA!!! Thanks to Mr. Watson and his assistant Jacki, they helped me get the charge reduced and I avoided the more serious charge. As I lived a few hours away in Delaware, Mr. Watson was able to do so without me even going to court myself. Mr. Watson and his assistant Jacki were very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely helpful in my case. In case you get unlucky like me and need help with traffic violation defense, Mr. Watson's firm is the place to go for help.

Made it auper easy

Received a recklace driving charge for speeding through this state on my way to florida. Wasnt going to make a trip. Tucker watson made reducig the charge easy for an out of stater. Quick. Effective. I reccommend him.

I was cited for speeding (83 in a 55) over the Ten Mile Bridge in VA in August. The charge at that speed is reckless driving. I received a letter from Tucker offering to represent me so I called him and he got the reckless driving charge reduced to simple speeding at a reasonable price. I would def...initely use him again, but hope I never have to!

Speeding ticket representation

I am from Massachusetts and was caught in a speed trap in Virginia (a police car was stationed immediately past a reduction in speed on Hwy 13). I found Mr. Watson on line and was impressed by his reviews, so I hired him to represent me; and I am glad I did. He wasn't the cheapest attorney (I receive...d solicitations from several other attorney whose fees seemed to be less) but everything Mr. Watson said was honest, fair, and open. His assistant, Jacki, was equally helpful and pleasant to work with. I was kept well informed about my options, the process and what I needed to do; and thankfully the ticket was dismissed, just like I was told it would be. I am grateful and would hire Mr. Watson again (though I do not plan to ever drive through Virginia with Massachusetts plates again)
