Very helpful, fast, and secure

Mr. Watson and Ms. Jacki (assistant) were extremely helpful in the process of handling my reckless driving offense. They did not waste any time and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the situation. They saved me a 4 hour drive and a misdemeanor offense and I could not have asked for more!

If you're ticketed in Northampton or Accomac Counties then be smart and hire a local attorney like Tucker Watson

After getting home from my VA road trip I had a mailbox full of letters from attorneys. They all wanted to represent me for my Reckless Driving day in court. One of these letters stood out from the rest: Tucker Watson Law. While all of the letters had Virginia Beach return addresses Tucker Watson... lives and works on the Eastern Shore of VA. There is no reason to consider another lawyer. He lives and works in this community which is a benefit in this rural community and a single local judge. I found Tucker and his office staff to be professional, knowledgable, and highly detailed oriented. They provided me with clear expectations and probable outcomes. The result was exactly what Tucker thought would occur. In my case, my Reckless Driving citation was reduced to Improper Driving. Had I thought about representing myself, the outcome and costs of time and money would have been much than the cost to retain Tucker Law and they may have taken away my license and put me in jail. Do not speed in Exmore

31 years of driving the peninsula and finally a slip up by me. I was trying to slow down by tapping my cruise control, but by not looking down, I was speeding up. My bad. 20+ mph. I am a criminal. Now, looking for help, I came across Mr. Watson, traffic law attorney. Office on the square of th...e county seat. Seems perfect. It was. Mr. Watson represented me in court, saving me a 5.5 hour drive, one way. He had charges reduced to improper driving, therefore saving me from being dropped from my umbrella insurance policy. Found out they won't insure criminals. Conclusion: great attorney who knows the system and helped me tremendously. Next year I watch a bit closer.
