Incredibly helpful for out of state speeding ticket.

Tucker and his team did an excellent job handling my case. They were courteous, easy to work with, and prompt. With their help I had a reckless driving charge reduced to a fine for improper driving. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who has been ticketed for a similar offense in Virginia.

Reckless reduced to improper driving

I received a reckless driving ticket for speeding 20 over the speed limit. Being from out of state, I did not want to have to travel ~6+ hours to appear in court. Tucker was not only able to appear on my behalf but managed to get the charge reduced to improper driving with no speed associated. Workin...g with Jacki and Tucker was very easy and stress free. Reckless Driving Charge

I used Mr. Watson's law firm for a reckless driving summons I received while traveling through VA. ( I live in PA) He was able to have the charges reduced to improper driving with a fine. His assistant Jacki was super helpful and sweet and answered all of my questions. traffic violation

I received a reckless driving ticket on my way to Virginia beach for a vacation. I encountered a very rude officer who pulled me over while i was keeping up with the same speed as the car next to me. Needless to say i got summons to appear in court which pissed me off my entire vacation in Virginia. ...Living hours away there was no way I would make it back to court. I looked into Tucker Watson and called his office once I got home. His office lady was very helpful and reassuring. And He was a man of his word he lowered my reckless driving to an improper driving when i was going 79-55. Very happy with the reduction. This office is professional and does things the right way. Local, straightforward, effective representation

While driving a rental vehicle from Pennsylvania to Virginia beach for a family vacation, I was pulled over for speeding. Not being used to the smoother ride in a newer vehicle, I didn't realized I was speeding excessively and was written-up for reckless driving, a misdemeanor in Virginia.
