Traffic Ticket

In September of 2016, I received a traffic violation in Virginia on the way to a family wedding. Upon returning home, I received a very professional letter from Tucker Watson offering to represent me in Court on Nov 2nd. What impressed me when contacting the office was Tucker himself answered the cal...l. He listened to my story and was very upfront on my options moving forward. He and his staff performed all the actions as stated in a very professional and personable manner. The date of the court hearing, Tucker's office (Jackie) contacted me to share the results of the hearing. I did not have to chase them., The results were exactly as predicted. His knowledge of the system and fines were exact as quoted. I am extremely thankful that I hired his office to represent me. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism and down to earth attitudes. I never felt like I was being judged by his office for my offenses. Thank you to Mr Watson and his staff.

Recommendation

Tucker was very helpful in explaining to me my citation and options. He knew what the judge was likely to do because I got my ticket in Eastville. His office called me with reminder messages as my court date drew closer and I didn't have my paperwork in. His office staff was very helpful and kind.... I felt well cared for and my fears about my citation were dispelled - that is what I appreciated the most. The fee was reasonable.

Excellent Advice!

I contacted Mr. Watson in regard to a speeding violation in Chincoteague. I felt the ticket was not fair and the officer could not explain why he had pulled me over. Mr. Tucker was honest in that my options were to hire an attorney, represent myself in court (I live in Florida) or pay the ticket an...d what impacts that would have on me in the long run. I requested Mr. Watson represent me at the end of my first conversation with me. His office staff was in touch through the whole process as well. I received a call immediately after court from Mr. Watson informing me the officer could not provide the necessary information for the judge to "convict" me. Although this is not common, I had an excellent attorney present to know the process and the proper questions and evidence required for a "conviction." A small retainer fee and huge piece of mind is so worth it. Mr. Watson -- Thank you for your advice and services!
