Excellent Advice!

I contacted Mr. Watson in regard to a speeding violation in Chincoteague. I felt the ticket was not fair and the officer could not explain why he had pulled me over. Mr. Tucker was honest in that my options were to hire an attorney, represent myself in court (I live in Florida) or pay the ticket an...d what impacts that would have on me in the long run. I requested Mr. Watson represent me at the end of my first conversation with me. His office staff was in touch through the whole process as well. I received a call immediately after court from Mr. Watson informing me the officer could not provide the necessary information for the judge to "convict" me. Although this is not common, I had an excellent attorney present to know the process and the proper questions and evidence required for a "conviction." Grateful Client

I'm a 67 year old female who lost her husband after 25 yrs. of marriage. I had a 2 yr. old new car with only 2500 miles on it and had to drive to NJ to attend a family funeral by myself. Not used to driving alone the 7 hour trip was very stressful and unfortunately I received a speeding ticket after ...pulling out of a gas station and accelerating too fast before I could adjust my speed. Having had no traffic violations in over 20 years I was afraid I'd lose my liscense and insurance. A friend suggested I get a lawyer to help me ask the court for mercy and recommended Mr. Watson. His professionalism and understanding of my situation as well as what he would try to do for me gave me hope. Having made no promises to me I just knew he meant every word he said. He handled my court case and called me to tell me he was able to have my mistake reduced to improper driving with reasonable court costs and fine. I am so relieved and grateful to him for his aid. I do know that should I undertake a trip again, I'll definitely be more mindful about checking my speedometer when accelerating into traffic.

Mr. Lawson was transparent about the option and possibilities of the case upfront and from the beginning. The process was seamless and I didn't have to do much beyond providing a copy of my ticket.

Speeding Violation-Reckless Driving

I received a speeding violation which was identified as reckless driving in Virginia. I live about 4 hours from the area. Before hiring Mr. Watson, he provided a free consultation giving me information needed. Mr. Watson appeared in court on my behalf and the reckless driving charge was reduced. ... The office personnel was very professional and helpful. I thought the fees charged were reasonable and I was satisfied with the outcome.
