My first contact with Mr. Watson and his team was all I need. Tucker explained the entire process of what was needed to do. He was able to handle the case without me going to court. Grateful, impressed and relieved

Attorney Watson and his staff were very professional, informative and reassuring. My daughter was pulled over on Rte 13 while driving from Massachusetts to Virginia Beach to visit family. It was her first time driving long distance and has had her license for about a year without any legal issues wha...tsoever. We have been driving to Va Beach a couple times a year for 20 years without incident. My daughter was charged with reckless driving which was a frightening and devastating experience. When we got back home, I googled information in the area where she received the ticket and found Atty Watson's website. I also contacted a couple other attorneys, one of which terrified us, wanted my daughter to do all kinds of things like community service, calibration testing, obtain driving record, physically appear in court which would have meant a taking time off from work, driving and hotel expenses, etc. and was going to charge at least twice as much without any type of guarantee. They also mentioned that she could lose her license or possibly do jail time. Atty Watson assured and reassured exactly what would happen. Her charge would be reduced to a speeding charge, she would have to pay court and the fine and she didn't have to appear in court or do any of the other things one of the other lawyers mentioned. We were frightened and unsure but I felt that Atty Watson was sincere and forthcoming so we decided to go with him and everything went exactly as stated. Thank you so much for relieving the horrible burden this has had on my daughter and I for the last 2 months. We are so grateful!!!!!

Local, straightforward, effective representation

While driving a rental vehicle from Pennsylvania to Virginia beach for a family vacation, I was pulled over for speeding. Not being used to the smoother ride in a newer vehicle, I didn't realized I was speeding excessively and was written-up for reckless driving, a misdemeanor in Virginia. I was w...orried sick and needed a good lawyer. Tucker and his assistant Jacki were very helpful in understanding the options and had accurate insight into the local court and its processes. Tucker represented me successfully and got the charge amended to an "Improper driving" traffic infraction, a much better outcome than having a misdemeanor charge on my record.
