I am a man of few words,but I will use these few moments to say that from the time I was introduced to Mr Brian Miller to represent me with my auto accident he has been nothing but honest, respectful, dedicated and to the point! If he say he is going to do something you can bet your last money that he is going to do it. I was rear ended by a crazy driver, my original Attorney recommend him to me and the rest is history. Defense argument

Prepared and presented an effective argument to the judge hearing our case. His communication while preparing for our argument was on point and consistent. Mr. Miller was professional in his demeanor and clearly and concisely disposed of an appeal. Our experience was very satifactory.

Traffic Court

Brian Miller, Attorney at Basnight, Kinser, Leftwich & Nuckolls, recently represented me in court. Positive Experience

Criminal defense

We retained Mr. Miller to defend our son against a criminal charge under unusual circumstances. New to State and reckless driving

We are new to the state of VA and moved from a state with much higher speed limits. Anyway- a reckless driving ticket later - I learned what that was and meant. Hired Brian and some magic lawyering later- I ended up paying a $50 fine for a non moving violation. Not saying this would happen for everyone but Brian was professional, courteous and the smartest decision made since moving to VA. He took care of everything in a timely and professional manner- communications were clear and concise. Do yourself a favor and hire Brian and let him do his lawyer thing.

JAKA Builders collection matter.

Brian handled all communication with builder to collect unpaid balance. He guided negotiating strategy that resulted in a better than anticipated result. He kept me informed throughout and always got my approval before proceeding.

Civil Suit

After almost a year of trying to collect from an accident with no success I contacted Brian to represent me. In less than two months after retaining Brian my civil suit was settled and I received a check from the plaintiff.
