I moved to the area to be closer to my kids. I was getting the runaround from a bitter BM about my visits with my kids. We got to court and the judge and Ms.Ireland got me seeing my kids every other week 50/50 is what I asked for and is what she saw fit to suggest. My kids mother came into court with... lies on top of lies and she saw right through that. My kids mother for years had abused my children mentally. Now they see what family and love is really all about. I thank Ms Ireland for that. I would definitely recommend her. From my first interaction with Ms. Elizabeth Ireland, I knew she truly had the children’s best interests at heart and she wasn’t going to allow any lies. My husband had been trying to resolve a custody issue directly with the other “parent”, but to no avail, because he refused to have the type of rel...ationship she wanted, the “mother“ illegally removed the kids from the state. Years later when she brought them back, the kids didn’t even have coats and clean clothes, and had been unnecessarily homeless for months! From the first custody hearing to the final determination, Ms. Ireland maintained an exceptional level of professionalism. We always ensured that when the kids spoke with Ms. Ireland, we went out of the room to make sure they could speak freely. Prior to the custody being settled, the kids were being neglected and forced to care for their able-bodied “mother“ and worry about adult issues, instead of getting the opportunity to be children. The “mother“ even lied and told the children that their father had abused her and her other children. Our son was even in legal trouble due to the lack of supervision and guidance at their “mother’s”. Since the custody matter has been resolved, the children are thriving, their needs and wants are being met, and they are happy and seem at peace. Ms. Ireland was extremely intuitive and very caring when it came to making the right decisions for the children. Between she and the judge, they both recognized the “mother’s” dishonesty and deception and ensured it was fair, all my husband had been expecting from the beginning. I truly can’t thank her enough for what she has done for our family and children. She saved them, honestly and we’ll be forever grateful!

I found Mrs. Ireland to be untrustworthy. My children were waterboarded by the man she defended. Her job was to make sure the kids were in a safe place and to only look out for the kids best interest. I proved that this abuse took place I proved that we were traumatized to the point we left the area ...this man lived in, due to this man. The kids even asked her to get them out of this situation not 1 time did she attempt to do her job with care. She refused to locate documents that proved he was a child abuser and told the judge they did not exist. I personally had to do a request pay for it and because she was and seemed to be embarrassed when I did all the work she was supposed to bring up to the judge. She said his past and current verbal abuse and his proven refusal to follow the judges orders is not a problem. It was as if the Foiya requests i showed her was not even there. I am the only parent doing any parenting so he does not have to keep up with school, doesnt have to take the kids to school. The kids missed 2 windows to start in-person learning because of this this attorney told the judge they had not started school yet. Other kids were in school but because dad doesnt think he should take them to school the children are suffering. This Lawyer is not worth your time even if its free. Laziness put my kids in a bad place and this lawyer no longer has to care about it. I would hope that race and city had nothing to do with her inability to help the kids. She told the judge to send it to a different city. SMH

Ms. Ireland was my attorney for my child custody case. I found her through my work union website and I have to say I am glad she was listed. I had a horrible attorney the first time I went to court and Ms. Ireland came in after hearing my story and took me on as a client. If you want someone who is g...oing to sugarcoat things and tell you what you want to hear, find a different person. Ms. Ireland gave it to me straight and I did not make it easy on her (or myself). She was able to help me out and she is worth it. I would recommend her to any one who needs an attorney. Ms. Ireland represents her clients fully while listening and offering advice. I'm glad I had Ms. Ireland.
