I moved to the area to be closer to my kids. I was getting the runaround from a bitter BM about my visits with my kids. We got to court and the judge and Ms.Ireland got me seeing my kids every other week 50/50 is what I asked for and is what she saw fit to suggest. My kids mother came into court with... lies on top of lies and she saw right through that. My kids mother for years had abused my children mentally. Now they see what family and love is really all about. I thank Ms Ireland for that. I would definitely recommend her. She also set me straight on what I was doing wrong in the situation and I appreciate that also. It’s making me a better father!!

Ms. Ireland was my attorney for my child custody case. I found her through my work union website and I have to say I am glad she was listed. I had a horrible attorney the first time I went to court and Ms. Ireland came in after hearing my story and took me on as a client. If you want someone who is g...oing to sugarcoat things and tell you what you want to hear, find a different person. Ms. Ireland gave it to me straight and I did not make it easy on her (or myself). She was able to help me out and she is worth it. I would recommend her to any one who needs an attorney. Ms. Ireland represents her clients fully while listening and offering advice. I'm glad I had Ms. Ireland.

Mrs. Ireland is not only extremely competent in what she does and getting her clients the best they deserve, she also is extremely realistic with you and has an amazing staff. She lets you know from the best scenario to the worst scenario that could potentially happen, of course fighting for the bes...t. She got us the absolutely best results that she originally told us she would do for us from day one and we wouldn't go anywhere else. This firm has done two divorces for me, a will and a child support case. I would not go anywhere else. I find it easy to communicate with the lawyers and their staff. My fees were half what my former spouse paid and I got a better deal by far. Hopefully I won't need a lot of legal assistance agai...n, but if I do, this is where I will go.

I retained Mrs. Ireland as my divorce lawyer which finally ended in 2010. In the beginning I was told that the standard rate for uncontested divorce was $1200. I was then told to sign a retainer agreement for higher pricing "just in case it became uncontested". During the course of my divorce, I w...as surprised to find out that she was taking maternity leave and would not be available for any proceedings for a period of time. I had no idea she was even pregnant, would have been nice to know there would be a period of unavailability. She also said to just contact her assistant via email or phone if I had questions and that she generally didn't charge for every single phone call and such. I had paid $4000 total and I expected to get probably $1000 back at the conclusion based on what I had been told. In the end I got a bill for an additional several hundred dollars and an invoice that in fact charged for every single email and phone call. The reason so many emails were sent was because her assistant was very slow at responding. I'd email, wait several days and then email again just to see if she received the first one. BOOM, another charge. She arrived late for a settlement meeting because she drove to the wrong location. And get this, I had to call the judges chambers to get my case scheuled because her and her assistant told me that the time period I needed was not available. The list goes on, very unhappy with my service and I would advise people to shop around before retaining this lawyer.
