I was facing a Reckless Driving charge and court was Monday. I called all around to find an attorney whose office was opened on a Saturday being as my court Date was Monday. I was so relived when I called Dunnigan Law. I hired Dunnigan Law to represent me on a Possession of Marijuana charge. Being that it was my first charge and I was facing jail time I was very nervous. One thing I admired about this attorney was he was honest and upfront. He did not sugar coat anything or try to lie, or charge me an outrageous a...mount of money. He even worked out a payment plan so I could still pay other bills as well as him. I was relieved when my charge was dismissed. Not only did he go above and beyond his office assistant, Christina was friendly and so helpful. She made me feel at ease. If I EVER did need A lawyer I will definitely use him.

Mr Dunnigian assisted in my driving on suspension dui related; which can lead to an additional year suspension. He and his staff were pleasant and helpful in assisting to get the charge reduced to driving without operator license on me when i pulled over which is a $10 fine and doesn't affect my dmv ...record. This was very important to me because I had just been promoted to manager clear my background check and have valid licenses. I would recommend him to anyone of friends and associates he has reasonable rates and have payment plans.

Hired Mr.Dunnigan (Brian) for a RD (failure to stop for school bus) charge in Newport News VA. He told me he could get the charge reduced to a civil charge without being on my driving record. Needless to say, the results wasn’t as he said. The charge was reduced to a civil charge as he said but would... still show up on my driving record as an infraction; after he reassure me it wasn’t. Most likely I could of achieved the same results if I represented myself. (my $450 lost, his $450 gain) I figured he would be able to do something that I wasn’t able to do on my own (boy! Was I wrong) He also told me he was going to summons a valuable witness to appear in court but never did what said he was going to do. I called a couple days before court just to confirm that he did summons the witness & his staff also reassured me they personally sent it out. (Obviously a lie) Nevertheless, Mr. Dunnigan didn’t even prepare for my case & it showed.I WOULD NOT recommend him to represent ANYONE in any type of law.
