Brian Thomas Dunnigan

I'm from Texas were our speed limits are commonly 75 mph. And we all know how that goes, that means if your within reason, our law enforcement does not bother you unless your approaching warp speed. And when you do receive a ticket, it's not uncommon to pay $100 or so to a ticket lawyer to have it di...smissed. So when I received my ticket for 87 in a 55 going over the Chesapeake bay bridge, I thought no biggie, I'll just hire a local ticket lawyer. As per the norm, I got 20 or so letters from local lawyers. I can't make this stuff up. The first one I opened was from Dunnigan Law. For whatever reason, I believe divine intervention, I called and I was told the price which at the time seemed so high. But they told me their procedures and were so polite and professional. So I decided to call a few other lawyers. OMG, to my surprise these crazies stated to me that the only way to resolve this was to retain them for $2,000 and that I would have to come back up to Virginia and appear in court because it was a reckless endangerment because of the speed. And hope that they could get a favorable verdict. Now keep in mind all three other firms stated I would have to come back up to Virginia. I started to get sick. $2,000 plus air travel, possibly rent a car or UBER, hotel stay, what else, what other expenses. So I to call Brian's firm again, I talked to the girls. They stated to me, get a copy of the rental agreement, take defensive driving, have a relatively clean driving record, get a few letters of characters and do some local community service. I didn't do the community service, Sorry, And most importantly I didn't have to come up to Virginia. And their fee was much less. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked are yall sure. Nobody else said anything close to this. They reassured me and asked if I'd like a call from Brian. I said yes and a few minutes later he call and reassured me. Well, without going any longer I can say everything they said they delivered on. It was reduced from reckless driving to a speeding ticket. And again yes, they were much cheaper. When I go back to Virginia, I wanna shake this mans hand, and give all his girls a hug. I hope I didn't miss anything, God bless

Dunnigan Law was very helpful and professional from the beginning. The staff was courteous and helpful and told me exactly what documentation they would need up front. They also recommended that I go ahead and take the VA Safe Driver course before my court date.
