My wife spotted Mr. Dunnigan's office on her way to work one morning and gave me his contact information. I contacted the law office of Brian Dunnigan shortly after being arrested for a DWI. After hiring a cheap lawyer in the lower court I was convicted of Reckless Driving 72/35 with an $800 fine. Mr. Dunnigan took my case on appeal in Circuit Court. Mr. Dunnigan and Staff were awesome! Very professional and reliable team. Everyone answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Everyone family oriented, very considerate and can relate to everyday life situations and mistakes. Mr Dunnigan, very honest, upfront and to the point. T...ells you EXACTLY what to expect. My 3rd off carried jail time and disobeying traffic light. Didnt stop completely on right turn. He was the bomb in court. Charge was reduced to 2nd off and paid fine on the traffic charge.
