Brian Thomas Dunnigan

My wife spotted Mr. Dunnigan's office on her way to work one morning and gave me his contact information. I contacted the law office of Brian Dunnigan shortly after being arrested for a DWI. I was with heavy concern about my case and the possible consequences I could face if found guilty. Mr. Dunniga...n's office was always available and pleasant when speaking. Mr. Dunnigan himself helped ease my mind everytime he and I spoke via cellphone. He stood out to me initially because when I spoke to him the first time, he mentioned and stated certain observations he noticed in regards to my case that no other lawyer I'd previously spoken to mentioned. That observance alone strengthened my confidence in his expertise. As things progressed, I had only one continuation which gave Mr. Dunnigan time to gather and assess information needed to proceed if necessary. He and I spoke the weekend before my case was to be heard on Monday; it was to my surprise that everything Mr. Dunnigan said to me during that conversation came to pass that morning in court. My DWI case was dismissed and I was free to go. No smoke or mirrors, just research, reassurance and strong faith permeated in every single meeting with him. Received A speeding ticket for "A few miles over the limit" and reach out to Attny Dunnigan to keep driving record clean. He took care of it where my presence wasn't needed in court, able to ticket reduced and Amanda from his office contacted me the same day to let me know the outcome. Will be waitin...g on my copis his office is sending. When I had legitimate questions about the case and his representation on the case HE (not his assistant) called me back and answered them! That mean's A great deal in the legal rhelm;nobody wants to feel like they aren't important enough to have the attorney speak with them. Thank you!!
