Negative 100 stars.Brian aka "George" only does his job if he's paid and if you are white. All he does is commit fraud upon the court and commits bribery. Any one that has any complaints should report him to the Virginia Bar Association. He threatens you if you don't plead guilty because Virginia has... "Kangaroo Court" where you don't have any Constitutional Rights. And if you complain he lies and pays off the Virginia Bar to cover up his fraud. All the good reviews are fake and those are his cohorts . If I have my way Mr. Tacey you will be admonished and your license revoked for the fuckery you did with my case.

I am blessed to have been in that cell that night even tho it was the worst day of my life, hearing those inmates yell your name out to represent me along with another female who was dealing with worse charges than I was but to be a single mother framed and cornered by 6 individuals I used self defen...se and one ran to the court because she didn’t get her way when police arrived which threw me in jail…fighting felonies and misdemeanor brandishing and attempt to kill, Tacey and his connections are UNMATCHED he knew what was going to happen in court before it happened!!! Very professional treats you like you are someone he’s known for years and may not contact you all the time but he’s working and he’s most definitely there when you call without a doubt!! He handles my case with care and when the individuals realized after my lawyer met with theirs CHARGES WERE DROPPED!! I’m not okay I have a restraining order for being innocent but I’m thankful my record is clean and I’m not behind bars! That’s all because of TACEY!!! He is the GO TO!! Worth the pretty penny! Charged with 7 felonies and 7 misdemeanors, all have been dropped and dismissed. I owe my life to this man, literally! I was a struggling addict and now I have been clean for 3 1/2 years and I couldn't have done it without him by my side believing in me. I now have a beautiful career in addiction rec...overy giving back to people still battling addiction. They were trying to put me under the jail for sure, the best attorney out there by far!

I do not recommend Brian Tacey at ALL!. He was court appointed for my son. NEVER once went to see my son, NEVER once spoke to my son. The only time he spoke to my son was the DAY OF COURT and that dialog was advising him to plea guilty because he had already served the amount of time they would've im...posed. What he failed to mention was that the time served was for a different county and totally different case!!!!!! I've been trying to get in touch with him for OVER 3 weeks...He DOESN'T return phone calls, he did not prepare to fight my son's cases, he just pretty much threw something together. He gave false hope and terrible direction which resulted in my son actually having to serve time!
