Cherie Antoinette Parson

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and her Master of Arts degree from The George Washington University, Ms. Parson pursued a career in human resources focused on employee relations, compensation/benefits plan development, and recruitment. With an increased interest in the legal framework of employment issues, Ms. Parson earned her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Ms. Parson interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and private firms where she gained valuable experience in administrative proceedings and litigation. Ms. Parson has represented employers in the private sector and utilizes her human resources experience as a valuable resource in representing our clients.
