Rate less than 1 due to her incompetence and lack of professionalism. Was hired to do a specific motion and had the ability to file efile, but instead filed through postal service with hand written paper work and improperly filled out, and left sitting in the clerk's office.. when questioned, my resp...onse was a blatant lie. I had to fire her and file on my own and got a date 15 min. Later. And she still charged me 2700+ dollars for not performing one task. Definitely find another lawyer!!

After nearly one and a half years of using an attorney that seemed too forget I even existed, not too mention forgot too show up for court, I changed lawfirms. It was then Mrs. Herrington was assigned too my case. I couldn't not have made a better choice of firms! Mrs. Herrington treats me like I am ...her only cliant. She is aggressive, promptly returns calls or emails and even provided me with her personal cell phone number, that she actually calls from and/or answers on weekends and after hours. Thankfully, I now have an educated lawyer with her act together and is honestly concerned with my best interest.
