William H. Parcell III

I have known Buddy Parcell for a total of 15 years now and I can honestly say that I do not know where I would be right now if it weren't for this compassionate, diligent and wickedly skilled man. He worked with me on my payments since I was a starving student at VCU at the time and managed somehow ...to get both of my severe traffic offenses dropped completely when every other lawyer I had spoke with basically told me to prepare myself for JAIL!! He went on to defend me 3 more times over the next 10 years when my severely jeopardized decision making skills landed me in some extremely dangerous situations, (underage posession of alcohol, multiple wreckless driving tickets, hit and run-of a vehicle not a person, drunk in public, and DWI). No I am not proud of my past, but of Buddy had not fought for me as ferociously and tactfully as he did and I had actually ended up doing JAIL time I would never have had the opportunity to make it as far as I have today. I would never recommend anyone else other than Buddy because he truly is the best of the best. I owe him my life. There simply is no one better out there.
