Joseph Dean II

I was charged with DUI. I contacted Riley & Wells and was assigned to a very intelligent and competent attorney, Joseph Dean II. Throughout the process I felt that I had an individual who cared about the process - defending his client along with abiding by the law. He researched cases that pertained... to my case and worked through lab results that were suspect, all helping my NOT GUILTY decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Dean as an attorney in any circumstance and would be glad to have him (hopefully it won't come to that) in my defense should the necessity arise.

Mr Dean was straightforward and honest with me from the first time we spoke on the phone. He showed up to court prepared and provided a fierce defense. The judge continued my case for three weeks due to a lack of precedent (there weren't any cases similar to mine in case law). Three weeks later, Mr D...ean returned to the court room on my behalf. His line of reasoning was impeccable and the judge rendered a not guilty verdict. Do not be fooled by Mr Dean's youthful appearance. He is a passionate attorney who is committed to providing a thorough defense.

Mt. Dean went through the normal progressions to win the case. He did his background investigation, consulted with the officer involved, presented our argument to the prosecutor, and finally exercised compassion when we knew we were right he didn't try and grandstand by showing up the officer involv...ed or the prosecutor. Good work Mr. Dean. Do I think the fee was a little high yes.
