My husband and I used Jennifer for the I-601A provisional waiver process. We started out this process with a different lawyer, who was more expensive and much less responsive. She was always very professional, but also very kind and friendly. Now that we have been approved, the weight that has been lifted is just so immense. We don't have the visa in hand yet, but we don't expect any surprises at this point. No exaggeration, Jennifer West has changed our lives.
