My husband and I used Jennifer for the I-601A provisional waiver process. We started out this process with a different lawyer, who was more expensive and much less responsive. Making the switch to Jennifer was the best decision we ever made. And she was worth every penny for sure. She took us all the... way from the beginning, I-130 and all. She was super fast to prepare the I-130, and we received a fast approval. The I-601A took awhile on our end to prepare, but once we got her everything she needed, she wrote her brief and added reports, and probably did a lot more that we aren't even aware of. I actually never saw the final waiver packet, but we had a good level of trust with her. She got us an approval in 3 months with no RFE. We have no kids or health issues, so we were pretty nervous about our chances. She helped us to be positive, but realistic about our chances. She answered any and all questions we had, even off topic ones; and I am a big time worrier, so I had A LOT of questions. And she never made me feel like I was bothering her. She always responded quickly; even when she was out of the office, she would respond, even if it was just to let me know that she got my message and would answer when she got back.
