We interviewed no less than ten attorneys to take over the Motions and sentencing phases of our son's case. After much research, in-depth meetings, and follow-up calls, we felt Mr. Cosby was the right choice. Through this very difficult endeavor whereas our son, due to his initial attorney's incompet...ence, was found guilty of second-degree murder in a case that was clearly self-defense, Mr. Cosby was our saving grace. He was patient, extremely dedicated, and very thorough. While his paralegal Mandy was typically available and consistently helpful, Mr. Cosby was always willing to speak with us and returned our calls when we wanted to speak with him directly, which was often. He answered every question we had, precisely explained all legal options, sentencing guidelines, possible results, and he provided specific instructions that we followed and which positively impacted our son's results. We greatly appreciated also that he didn't make promises or guarantees that would have promoted unreasonable expectations.
