Charles Littlepage Allen

My tenacity and meticulous trial preparation have earned me the respect of both my clients and my adversaries. I am a member of the third generation of the Allen family to have worked with the firm. Since joining Allen & Allen in 1983, I have had extensive experience handling various types of personal injury cases including car crashes, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents and premises liability.

I am one of the firm's attorneys who hosted a local live television show, "The Allen Law Line," which presented discussions of legal and community issues. My primary responsibilities with the firm are as trial attorney and legal practice manager. In my law practice, I place a strong emphasis on service and securing excellent results for my clients.

Over the course of my legal career, I have handled a variety of personal injury cases, making recoveries for my clients ranging from a few thousand dollars to almost six million dollars. I provide litigation support and work on cases primarily from the Richmond, Mechanicsville and Short Pump offices. I am among the third generation of Allens currently practicing law with the Firm, which was initially founded by my grandfather, father and two uncles.
