Custody/Child Support Case

Marc handled a revision of a decade old agreement with my ex wife. He was knowledgeable and professional. Most important to me, he was understanding, friendly and kept me sane through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone asking for recommendations.

Mr. Boyko, not a good idea.

Sooo Mr. Boyko was my court appointed attorney. I called his office 4 separate occasions. No call back. I still had to show up in court, and surprise, surprise he did not show up.... So as you can imagine I let the judge know, and it was continued and I decided to hire my own... it's all about the mo...ney, if you are willing to spend I'm quite sure he will represent you well, however if you have other financial circumstances.... go a different route.

Very Knowledgable, helpful, awesome to work with!

I contacted Mr. Boyko regarding a child support amendment case. My ex wanted to have the support order amended based on the fact that I now wanted to have child support taken out of DCSE due to bounced checks and non payments. I consulted with Mr. Boyko and we met once in person and a couple times on... the phone due to the quickness of my upcoming case. We went to court and came out successful due to the diligent work of Mr. Boyko. I am so grateful that I chose him and I would definitely choose him again for any and all cases in regards to my family matters.

DUI Dismissed, Speeding guilty

Marc Boyko represented me yesterday for speeding and a DUI .19 BAC. I have never been in trouble before and have a clean record other than speeding. He took his time speaking to the judge providing all of the information about my case. Marc found a way to represent me when the Commonwealth Attorney w...as willing to amend it to a first offense DUI with no jail time, but would not consider any other alternatives. This would have been the easy route. Marc was able to find a way to plea my case to the judge. Marc thought it was worth it and it was. After hearing all of the information presented to the judge he dismissed my DUI charge. Marc was clear, precise, constantly kept in contact with us, and was very professional. I would highly recommend him.
