Being upset from the minute I was pulled over for speeding, Gregory Hough helped to ease any worry. He provided me with a detailed plan to achieve the best possible results, and in terms of pricing, it was a very good deal. He and his legal assistant were very good with communication, and answered ve...ry quickly to any questions/concerns I had. I'm very thankful to have been referred to this firm and get the results I was looking for.

I am by no means advocating for anyone to break the law, but things do happen. If you ever find yourself in the very unsavory situation of having committed a serious traffic violation, then BernsteinHough PC is an excellent firm to have on your side. I had a very serious speeding violation that was c...omplicated by another event and thought for sure that my chances of having a favorable outcome was slim to none. That is, until this team took my case. They were upfront with me from the inception and right throughout the entire process. Jennifer did a wonderful job of letting me know what was expected of me and what to expect of the entire process. This was important for me as this was my first experience going to any kind of court. She sent regular updates, and kept promised return-call appointments. Then came court day...my Attorney, Greg Avvo masterfully argued my case in front the judge, negating the need for me to say anything except thank you your honor, at the end. He is one of the best.! I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking help with traffic violation cases, regardless of severity. You might be pleasantly surprised. I am very happy about my outcome and will endeavor to learn from this and drive safely on the road at all times!!

When I faced a charge of Reckless Driving, I initially considered going into court without an attorney. After talking to friends, and researching the issues online, I decided I would be better off hiring representation, and was led to Mr. Hough on the recommendation of another attorney/friend of min...e. From the initial consultation, the people at BernsteinHough impressed me with their reassuring competence and warmth. They gathered information, suggested I take certain steps to help my own case (Defensive Driving class, letters of support from associates) and assembled an appropriate file to bring to the hearing. Each encounter I had along the way, either with attorneys or staff members, was consistently professional, but also personalized and friendly. I had hoped going in that Mr. Hough would be able to help get my charge reduced, saving me additional embarrassment along with heavy fines and future insurance costs. My case was ultimately dismissed, which was of course the best possible outcome. It's rare that what happens is beyond what is either expected or promised, and I very much appreciate the efforts of Mr. Hough and his entire staff. I recommend BernsteinHough without hesitation.

Horrible is an understatement. This man told me he could get my FELONY charged dropped or fight it, that he handled similar cases all the time, and won them. He seemed sincere and acted like he was really going to fight for me. After I paid him and called to ask what he was going to do he was extreme...ly irritated that I had contacted him and just kept telling me that when he heard something then I would hear something. When I called about a week before my court date (after doing everything I was told to do perfectly) he once again became irritated and was EXTREMELY rude. He told me that I was screwed and that's what happens when you commit a crime. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I repeated what he had told me in the beginning, and he told me that I have to be my own advocate. ISNT THAT WHAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE??? I took MANY positive steps to give him plenty of things to present to the judge. He did NOTHING. I asked what would happen and he said he didnt know. I told him that I felt that he was not fighting for me, and that he was treating me like i was some piece of crap that did not matter. I heard silence on the other end of the phone. He didnt even argue the fact that he was not fighting for me.I show up for court and he tells me that i am going to jail that day. Thank God I hired another lawyer who took over the case because he did NOTHING for me except feed me to the wolves. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He will feed you bullcrap so that you will hire him and then he will do nothing for you except let your life become permanently ruined and not care one bit. Also, It was so obvious that the prosecutor hated him so that didnt help any. This man has no morals. He is the reason why lawyers are seen as dishonest weasels. This man did nothing but stress me out and make things worse. Do not put yourself in this position. Hire someone who will actually fight for you and who actually cares about other people's lives.

I want to say I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Hough. He had taken over my case as favor to attorney Matt Pinsker, who was my original attorney but was unable to continue due to his own personal situation. Mr. Hough was pleasant and calm as I was a nervous wreck and he sat with p...rosecutor and then came to tell me they were dismissing felony charge and misdemeanor charges regarding filling out a gun application incorrectly. Serious charges that prosecutor could not prove and they could not show evidence that Mr. Hough asked for. I was sooooo happy as I have never been in trouble with law in 44 years and this was a simple mistake I made that could have cost me everything! I dont know what he and Mr. Pinksker did but I am thankful to them and to the prosecutor for agreeing to not go forward. I've read cases where some prosecutors still pursue no matter what and some defense attorneys are quick to plea deal, but not these guys. Highly recommend Mr. Hough and Mr. Pinsker. I will also be hiring Mr. Houghs wife, who is an attorney, to help me restore my gun rights. Great job!!! Thank you all!!!
