very poor attitude and was not helpful at all.
This has got to be the rudest, most unhappy attorney in Richmond VA. He does not offer any guidance, just consequences you could face. If i didn't know any better i would swear he was against me. Every time we spoke he had a disgusting attitude. I strongly suggest you not to hire this attorney. I was...
I'm sorry you had a bad experience but I think this may be a case of mistaken identity. We've reviewed our records for the last 3 years and can't find any T. Smith's. Please contact the office if there's anything we can do to help you resolve your case.

Not Helpful
Not helpful at all. Basically didn’t even try to get my charge reduced, he just told me what was going to happen and when we went before the judge, he didn’t even say anything. Don’t hire him. He doesn’t even seem like he knows what he’s doing
I'm sorry you feel that way but given that you posted this anonymously I'm not sure I can provide any clarification. I will say in most of the more serious charges we represent people on the Judge actually doesn't have the discretion to reduce charges but is only allowed to decide guilt of innocence. It is the prosecutor who has the ability to reduce charges by amending them. For example a judge can't simply reduce a felony theft to a misdemeanor just because he or she might feel sympathetic toward a defendant, other than simple traffic tickets. A prosecutor can and often does reduce charges but ultimately that decision is unfortunately up to them alone and while a good defense lawyer can attempt to persuade, sometimes that's not enough. A number of factors go into that but often a person's prior record is a large factor as is the opinion of the police officer. Additionally, certain cases are almost never reduced due to pollical considerations, such as DUI's and felony drug charges. It is possible what was going on in the case, was all the discussion about reduction was had with the prosecutor directly prior to court, out of the sight of the public.

Wreckless driving brought down
I originally had a different attorney but he was activated back to active duty. Mr. Hough answered all my questions and always answered my emails or Returned my phone calls in a timely manner. He dropped my wreckless driving ticket to a speeding infraction. I would recommend Mr. Hough.

Felony and Misdemeanor Charge Dismissed!!
I want to say I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Hough. He had taken over my case as favor to attorney Matt Pinsker, who was my original attorney but was unable to continue due to his own personal situation. Mr. Hough was pleasant and calm as I was a nervous wreck and he sat with p...

Mr. Hough and his team are the best
Mr. Hough was excellent. He promptly answered all my questions, and gave me excellent advice which I followed to the letter. In court, I got to witness Mr. Hough as he administered several other cases before mine. In each case he spoke calmly while he presented each person's situation to the judge...
