Dave Caddell recently defended me on a DUI case that involved a .010 BAC level. He met with me immediately, was very specific on the options available to me. He also explained to me the best case scenario and the worst case scenario. Many times I would have a question while waiting for a court date a...nd he was always very expedient in getting back to me and answering the questions I had. When we went to trial, he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of DUI law and fought my case as hard as he could. His professionalism and knowledge resulted in me being found not guilty. I hired Dave for a case involving possession. From the beginning he was extremely responsive and professional. He informed me that my case was an extreme long shot (I wanted it off my record forever, which is nearly impossible in Henrico, Va.). He called me back at 6 pm on a Friday and told me, in de...tail, everything I needed to do in order to have a chance, all of which I completed in full. I routinely contacted him every 2 weeks just for up dates. He responded quickly and thoroughly (gave me his cell phone number). The day of the hearing, he told me that after speaking at length with both the prosecutor and judge (both of whom he had worked with before), my case would be changed to a reckless driving charge pending a urine test.
