Lester Copeland Brock III

After graduating law school in 2004, I served as a judicial law clerk for a Justice on the Virginia Supreme Court.  After finishing my clerkship, I went into private practice working for one of the largest defense firms in Virginia.  We were a defense firm that insurance companies called to defend their lawsuits.  While working for a defense firm, I gained a lot of incredible trial experience as well as invaluable insight into how insurance companies value and defend claims.  However, I quickly grew tired of defending insurance companies that prioritized saving money over doing what was right.  I started my own firm, and shifted my focus toward helping individuals and businesses in my community who had been wronged or injured by others. Now, my practice centers on holding people and companies accountable in personal injury, tort litigation, and commercial disputes. Having a community-based practice is incredibly important to me.  I enjoy helping people in my community and building relationships.
