Without needing to perform lengthy "research" (lawyer speak for, "I don't know anything about t...hat") he was able to cite the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act of 1999 (the “ACPA”) and send a cease & desist letter to our infringers. They stopped infringing on our trademark, and everything was settled by a carefully worded letter from Scott.
