Very pleased

I received a speeding ticket while out of town in Chesterfield County. The ticket would have been a six point offense. I spoke with several attorneys and was not pleased with them. I was ready to just go to court and ask the judge to go to driving school and hope they would reduce or drop the ...charge. I got a mailing from Joyner Law and decided to call. His mailing seemed like he may specialize in traffic law and know what he is doing. When I spoke with him he looked up may case and seemed to know specific tendencies about different Judges. He was not the least expensive but was not the most expensive either. I decided to go with Joyner. I had a good driving record and that helped but the results were a dropped charge if I complete driving school. I did not have to drive two hours and spend a day traveling and in court. He handled everything for me in court. I have to do my part and complete the driving school and get th certificate to the court now. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Mr. Jason is a rock !!

I am so lucky and glad that Mr. Jason came across my path! Mr. Joyner’s has surprisingly been able to reduce my reckless driving speeding ticket in VA into defective equipment although I had a DUI in record ~ 8 years ago. In addition, I didn’t have to attend the court hearing. He is a smart, honest,... professional and confident attorney. From our first phone chat, I trusted him and felt his is a rock. I also loved his quick responses and politeness. Moreover, he do great achievements for less money. Indeed, I highly recommend him.

The Joyner Law Firm represented me in a traffic ticket I received in Hopewell, Virginia. They handled my case well and assisted me in reducing the charge and fine. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Reckless Driving Defense Attorney

I received a Reckless Driving summons in Emporia, VA for allegedly traveling at a speed of 84MPH in a 70MPH zone along Interstate 95. As an out of state driver, I was a unfamiliar with Virginia's Reckless Driving Law and the fact that I was being charged with a misdemeanor crime upon receiving t...he traffic summons. Once I understood the charge and the situation fully, I was extremely concerned with the process of dealing with the summons as well as the possible outcome/s of the summons. Although the situation that I found myself in was serious, I will tell anyone that reads this review to remain calm and to not get overly concerned/alarmed provided they have a clean driving record and a clean criminal record. Much of the information surrounding the Virginia Reckless Driving law that is posted on the internet is laced with fear and is alarmist in nature. If an individual has a clean driving record, a clean criminal record, and addresses the situation in a timely fashion, the outcome/s of the entire ordeal should turn out to be somewhat "acceptable." I have both a clean driving record as well as a clean criminal record and I handled the situation in a timely fashion. Jason was actually the first attorney that I spoke to. He was extremely pleasant and understanding of my situation and my concerns, he was very knowledgeable of the law and the Emporia court, and most of all, he was reassuring that I would have an "acceptable" outcome if he represented me in the Emporia court. After speaking with Jason, I met with his associate Brian Denk at their office in Richmond the next day and I was impressed and confident with Brian as well. As I am an extremely thorough person, I felt the need to speak to several other attorneys in order to verify all of the information that I had gathered and to "fact-check" what both Jason and Brian had told me. I spoke with more than ten attorneys that handle defense of this charge in the Emporia court. Every attorney that I spoke to, regardless of where in the state they were located or what their fee was for handling a Reckless Driving charge in Emporia, provided me with the same overview of the charge, the same process for disputing the charge in the Emporia court, and most importantly the same potential and likely outcome/s of the charge for me. Every single attorney that I spoke to confirmed what Jason and Brian had told me and also reassured me that Jason and Brian knew exactly what they were doing and were very capable of handling this for me and getting me an "acceptable" outcome. At that point, I decided to hire Jason. I highly recommend Jason Yarbrough Joyner and his partner Brian Denk to handle a Reckless Driving summons for anyone the receives one in the state of Virginia, especially in Emporia. Jason's fee schedule for handling this matter is competitive and his professionalism and responsiveness is second to none. Jason and Brian answered any questions that I had and communicated with me in a timely fashion throughout the process.

great results!!

Reasonable rates, great value. I hired this lawyer to take care of speeding ticket and improper lane change. He got the latter outright dismissed on a trial and the speeding ticket dismissed with driving school. I spoke to several attorneys prior to hiring joyner and their rates were higher and pres...entation were not as good. I would hire them again.. Brian is who i spoke to initially then jason actually defended the case. I would hire them.
