I received a Reckless Driving summons in Emporia, VA for allegedly traveling at a speed of 84MPH in a 70MPH zone along Interstate 95. I have both a clean driving record as well as a clean criminal record and I handled the situation in a timely fashion. Jason was actually the first attorney that I spoke to. He was extremely pleasant and understanding of my situation and my concerns, he was very knowledgeable of the law and the Emporia court, and most of all, he was reassuring that I would have an "acceptable" outcome if he represented me in the Emporia court. While driving through Virginia, I was pulled over for speeding. I didn't think that I was going as fast as they stated, but I'm sure I was speeding.
