After receiving a "Reckless Driving" ticket in Virginia, I originally did not realize the seriousness of the charge or the potential consequences. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Joyner! My daughter got a speeding ticket in VA going 81 in a 70. She didn't even know that it was technical reckless so she paid the ticket which admits guilt not even knowing that she had a reckless driving misdemeanor. Then we started getting all of the... notices from lawyers about reckless driving and speeding in VA. Most of the notices were scare tactics (and I will say we were scared). But Jason's letter was professional and informative giving me exactly the information I needed to know which was that we could do something even though she paid the ticket. His fee was completely reasonable. He represented my daughter in court and got the charge reduced to speeding BUT he wasn't satisfied with that because the speeding would still result in points on her licence.. So for NO EXTRA CHARGE, he appealed for her and got the charges completely dropped!!! He's professional, knowledgeable, fair, followed up. I highly recommend!!!
