Angry ex in laws

I had a situation with my sons mother once I received more visitation with my son. Her mom said I used profanity on my cell phone when I called her cell phone to speak with my son. She filed some bogus charge like bullying [some new cell phone law in VA]. An arrest warrant came in the mail to my ...home in MD from VA [where my son lives] and I had to drive back to VA [I pick up my son and drive to MD] and Mr. Vaughan Jones was available to talk, discuss this law and the charges I was facing, and meet me at the jail where the arrest warrant directed me [I wasn't processed I guess because I had no record] I was cleared so if stopped I wouldn't get arrested. Mr. Jones made me feel way more comfortable and at ease. We got the case dismissed. Long story but I would definitely use Mr. Vaughan Jones again if needed. Thank you Mr. Jones.

Excellent service from a excellent attorney

Mr. Jones is a prime example of what a outstanding attorney is. I was facing four felonies which if I was convicted I would have been sentenced to over 10 years. With his skills and knowledge of the law, he had pulled the unthinkable plea. Thanks to him, my charges were dismissed and I was free. The ...plea was so good that the court was shocked at the outcome because it was such a good deal for me. He dropped four felonies and not too many attorneys can do that. I highly highly recommend Mr. Jones.

Underage Possession of Alcohol 2nd Offense Dismissed

Vaughn C. Jones is not the type of lawyer to sit by placidly while a prosecutor dishes you a sentence. After I was arrested for underage possession of alcohol in Fredericksburg, VA i contacted Vaughn C. Jones, Attorney at Law. The prosecution had a pretty good case against me because I had a strong a...ppearance of alcohol and I admitted to drinking even though I was not in the possession of any alcohol. During my hearing, the prosecution failed to have the presiding officer acknowledge that I was under 21 on the night of the incident. In retort, Vaughn Jones wasted no time in pointing this out and my case was dismissed on this technicality. Even if this lucky incident had not occurred, however, Mr. Jones was well prepared to defend my plea of not guilty and I felt confident to have him as my attorney. As a result of Vaughn Jones I am currently free of any convictions and I will be certain to contact him again in the case of any future mishaps.

Best lawyer around town

Mr jones is very knowledgable and dedicated his craft into helping me prove my innocents in my case. He kept me involved in the matter at hand as well as providing strong advice. If you are accused of a crime you did not commit, I strongly suggest you hire mr Vaughn Jones as your attorney.

Waste of Money and your time

When I first hired Mr. Jones, he came with confidence and showed interest in my case (acted like he really cared). I thought I hired a great attorney. Well that was short-lived once I hired him on. Mr. Jones did not respond in timely manner at all through the entire case. I wouldn’t hear from him u...ntil the day of the hearing and our conversations would be brief. The entire process was lacking professionalism. I didn't sign any type waiver or agreement for his services. It was waste of my time, and money with him. Sure I got what I wanted (somewhat), but it’s not because he has done an outstanding job, it was offered (plea deal). I would not have extended his services if I would have known him to be indecisive. At first he was confident to go to trial; after I have agreed on extending his services and fees, he acted like it was not in my best interest for me to continue. Please research before hiring an attorney…sure he has nice office but that’s about it.
