Timothy Mark Davidson Jr.

Tim Davidson has a wide range of expereince in the criminal justice system. He began his career working in the Magistrate's Office for the City of Richmond where he gained insight into the initial phases of the criminal justice process. Most recently he served as a prosecutor in the City of Colonial Heights where he worked alongside judges, attorneys, and law enforcement officers to ensure that justice was achieved for victims of crimes. While prosecuting, he gained the insight and trial experience needed to fight for your case should it go to trial. When you are facing charges from the government you need someone who has been on that side, and understands the process to fight for your rights.

In addition to criminal law, Mr. Davidson has also added knowledge of Virginia Uncontested Divorce Law to the practice. He assisted people in the Richmond area in obtaining a divorce and moving on to the next step in their life.
