About a decade ago I made the mistake of hiring John Rockecharlie for a trespassing charge I received. John did the BARE minimum and encouraged me to take a plea deal even though there was no physical evidence against me - the charge most likely would have been dropped if he had put in ANY effort int...o representing me. It was obvious that I was just a paycheck to him and he couldn't care less about my case - I think I spent 10 minutes total speaking with him about the charge I was facing and that includes in person time where I saw him at the courthouse. Avoid this practice.
