I have been working with Ms. Montgomery since 2008; she has assisted me with a variety of cases: my divorce, a custody issue, real estate titling, and even a traffic citation. Highly recommend this attorney. Very responsive and made every effort to keep me informed throughout the divorce. This was a marathon divorce that required patience, commitment and compassion. Each were continually demonstrated by Stephanie. The limiting factor on her responsiveness was opposing c...ounsel. He continually ignored calls, did not respond and required Ms. Montgomery and her staff to contact him multiple times to get a response and send the same supporting documentation to his office 2-3 times on many occasions. Her knowledge of the law and courts is strong as she has developed a trust and effective relationship with the courts. Her staff (Jesse and Brenna) was always professional and responsive. They both have a great sense of humor and high degree of professionalism.
