I needed a lawyer for a minor traffic incident. Ms Montgomery was quick to respond via email. She was professional and respectful to the court in both her mannerism and appearance. Her confidence in the courtroom is a clear indicator of her expertise and knowledge the law. She was helpful in gett...ing the initial charges reduced which was all I wanted in this case. Can't go wrong with her.

I went to see Ms. Montgomery to inquire about filing for bankruptcy. I paid all the fees in full and never filed. She stated it was just a click in order to be done filing. It was never filed. I requested a refund of my fees on multiple occassions for services not rendered. She stated she would have ...to see what the balance due back to me was since she had completed 90% of the work. Never heard from her again. I have never received an itemized statement detailing what services she performed, if there was a balance due, nothing. I know I will never get my money back. This is just a buyer beware. Very expensive lesson learned for me.

Stephanie has had multiple cases reduce and or dropped for me. Including one time when I got a wreckless driving ticket and she got it reduced to speeding 5 over. Literally just a slap on the wrist. She knows what she's doing and knows a lot of people too. Her knowing district attorneys to judges has... helped me in my cases immensely. Definitely recommend her!!
