I used Ms. Montgomery for creating a Marital Separation Agreement. The quick summary is that Ms. Montgomery is approachable, professional, deliberate, strategic, views her contract with you as a joint relationship, and most importantly is cost conscious. Hire her!! The greatest asset Ms. Montgome...ry brought to the table was her willingness to provide services in the minimal amount of time and effort as possible, and allowing me to provide input into the direction and action(s) to be taken. Ms. Montgomery is extremely approachable and creates an environment easy to share information without judgment. She is very accessible through her assistant, by email or phone. She is very knowledgeable, and timely. Ms. Montgomery provided insight, as well as, legal guidance as to direction and best manner to address each issue; however, in the end allowed the decision to be mine. There were many times Ms. Montgomery could have ran up billable hours through document reviews, editing, formatting, etc. but instead passed on our recommendations or concerns to the other attorney. She is very conscientious and deliberate with without being compulsive.
