Well, my -firsthand- experience with Stephanie was very positive. I retained Stephanie to navigate a complicated divorce involving multiple businesses as well as myriad financial & tax issues. Her experience as a bankruptcy attorney served my interests as well, and I was happy to have her support dur...ing a contentious court appearance, since she succeeded in having opposing council's egregious request for extra legal fees dismissed by the judge. It was clear from that experience that Stephanie is well-known and highly-regarded in the legal community. It is true, you get what you pay for, and it's also true that quality is not expensive, it's priceless. I'm -so- glad I hired an expert, because it ended up saving me fees during the divorce, and the settlement ended up saving my assets, which was my goal from the outset. I can -wholeheartedly- recommend Stephanie; I feel she's the one for anyone desiring a respected, seasoned lawyer on their team. BTW, I'm mystified how someone who didn't actually hire or work with Stephanie is able to post a review to begin with, and how it is possible they could have formed any bad opinion. My personal interactions and the end result were entirely satisfactory...period.

Stephanie Montgomery is the most poised, professional, intelligent person I have ever met. I'm an emotional person so putting them aside hasn't been easy. Stephanie has been there for me as my voice of reason. She doesn't worry. She doesn't rattle. She keeps a cool, calm demeanor and is reassuring at... all times. Strategic and carries herself with confidence In and out of the courtroom. She gets results and cares for her clients. I have appreciated working with her throughout this difficult process.

Please, Please, Please.... Whatever you do, do not retain this Lawyer. The only thing worse then having Ms. Montgomery as an Attorney is having to deal with her Paralegal, Jesse. This team in unresponsive to phone calls, do not keep you informed, and I wouldn't trust them to feed my dogs. I h...ad to do the leg work for my case to be dismissed. No suggestions or strategy was given for my hearing. If it wasn't for the statement I typed up or the pictures taken (which was done without thier advice), I would have had a horrible outcome. I say run the other way if you have the unfortunate circumstance of having them represent you.
