Heather is by far the best Attorney around! she has handled 2 cases for me thus far one of which being a very nasty child custody and support case which she went above and beyond for me. She was very prepared with all my information and got the results i was looking for. While i was very nervous due ...to never having been through anything like this she assured me it would all be okay. Heather is very compassionate & caring But will deff. get the job done and not charge outrageous prices and nickel and dime you to death. I was a single 18y.o mother at the time of the first case and she did everything in her power to help me with every step along the way even as far as personal advice that i still hold with me to this day! We had to appear in court many times and each time she was ready! She is also handling a child adoption case for me now and is absolutely amazing. Heather and her team are keeping me informed every step of the way by email and phone and answering all questions i have. I highly recommend Heather and her team to anyone looking for Legal Advice in my opinion she is Hands down the best Lawyer around!! I would not want to go to court with anyone else by myside. I hired Ms. Pedersen back in 2016 for my divorce, because I was referred to her. First off I was scared didn't know what to do! When I met with Ms. Pedersen she quickly made me feel better, at ease, and to not worry about anything, she was there to help. What I am trying to say is if you are looking ...for a lawyer that can get down on your level, meaning show concern and want to really help its Ms. Pedersen. She is VERY compassionate, genuine and understanding. She is there for you! Ms. Pedersen has been good for me, she is prepared when we go to court, fights with everything she has and she has been exceptional.
