Traveling through Virginia as an out of state commuter, I was pulled over for speeding and to my surprise handed a summons to court and a rather frightening violation of reckless driving which was apparently considered to be on the same level as DUI in the state. I had a consultation with Mr. Zebrak. We talked for over an hour. I told him that I wanted to retain him as my divorce lawyer. He gave me the initial divorce interview paperwork to fill out and things seemed really great. I was really excited about having Mr. Zebrak as my lawyer. Well, when I finishe...d the paperwork and was ready to pay him and turn in the paperwork, Mr. Zebrak was nowhere to be found. I tried to meet up with him for weeks with no success. I called, emailed, left messages and went by the office but I never saw him again. I talked to him once on the phone and told him my plans. He advised me to drop the paperwork off at his office. I tried to do that four times but no one was there. I am very upset and disappointed with Mr. Zebrak. This is no way to treat a potential client. Especially one who thought very very highly of you after just 1 hour of speaking to you. Well that opinion changed very quickly. I would not recommend Mr. Zebrak to any one else. He is horrible in my opinion.
