While there's never such a thing as a sure win, having the right attorney is critical. My recommendations are to be entirely honest & upfront with your attorney on all issues involved in your case. Otherwise they can't help you. Follow his or her directions verbatim. Don't let emotions get the best of you and likewise avoid doing anything stupid based on that emotion.
