We hired Mr. Zebrak in October 2015 for a simple uncontested divorce, sent all paperwork back as requested and still we are waiting for any tidbit of information as to the status of the divorce. Multiple e-mails have been sent and phone calls made to his office, but no response. Understandable that ...he is very busy, but to not respond at all is totally unprofessional. We have paid the fees for this service, but are still waiting. I would not recommend.

I had a consultation with Mr. Zebrak. We talked for over an hour. I told him that I wanted to retain him as my divorce lawyer. He gave me the initial divorce interview paperwork to fill out and things seemed really great. I was really excited about having Mr. Zebrak as my lawyer. Well, when I finishe...d the paperwork and was ready to pay him and turn in the paperwork, Mr. Zebrak was nowhere to be found. I tried to meet up with him for weeks with no success. I called, emailed, left messages and went by the office but I never saw him again. I talked to him once on the phone and told him my plans. He advised me to drop the paperwork off at his office. I tried to do that four times but no one was there. I am very upset and disappointed with Mr. Zebrak. This is no way to treat a potential client. Especially one who thought very very highly of you after just 1 hour of speaking to you. Well that opinion changed very quickly. I would not recommend Mr. Zebrak to any one else. He is horrible in my opinion.

I was in a nasty divorce case, the lawyer I had previously was horrible, with that said no one was willing to take my case or go against my ex's lawyer. Don't ask me how but Zebrak was able to handle it in less than half of the time, he was quick, to the point and I truly felt like he was on my side.... With Zebrak's help I was able to have a new normal daily life. He was a god sent so to say. I only wish I would have found him from the start. I definitely know who to call if I ever need anything again.

My divorce was uncontested. Mr. Zebrak was quick to respond and handled everything at a very reasonable price and in a reasonable fashion. He answered all of my emailed questions and the process was handled with no problems. I lived in Williamsburg and my ex had moved to Newportnews, but we last resi...ded in Chesterfield. He was able to complete the process without us having to go back and forth with court or to the office. If you are look to do an uncontested divorce at an affordable price, then look no further.
