Maciej Bartosz Zebrak

We hired Mr. Zebrak in October 2015 for a simple uncontested divorce, sent all paperwork back as requested and still we are waiting for any tidbit of information as to the status of the divorce. Multiple e-mails have been sent and phone calls made to his office, but no response. Understandable that ...he is very busy, but to not respond at all is totally unprofessional. We have paid the fees for this service, but are still waiting. I would not recommend.

Traveling through Virginia as an out of state commuter, I was pulled over for speeding and to my surprise handed a summons to court and a rather frightening violation of reckless driving which was apparently considered to be on the same level as DUI in the state. Attorney Zabrak was very attentive an...d professional, he showed up in court for me and was able to knock the charges down to a simple speeding and the fine well down below what I had originally assumed I'd pay. He achieve more then satisfying results for my case.

My divorce was uncontested. Mr. Zebrak was quick to respond and handled everything at a very reasonable price and in a reasonable fashion. He answered all of my emailed questions and the process was handled with no problems. I lived in Williamsburg and my ex had moved to Newportnews, but we last resi...ded in Chesterfield. He was able to complete the process without us having to go back and forth with court or to the office. If you are look to do an uncontested divorce at an affordable price, then look no further.

My case has been noted by many as one of the most difficult divorce, custody & visitation cases in Virginia. Over the past eleven (11) years I have been in and out of court countless times, and at huge expense. I am a father who has been fighting for my right to have a normal & meaningful relationshi...p with my two children, without harassment, literally countless false allegations, CPS and even police investigations. All unfounded yet always still treated like a criminal. My children's mother has been relentless, yet successful in her ill agenda in keeping me from my children. I've had two other attorney's prior to Maciej Zebrak. Both I would consider pretty good yet hardly ever successful. It's been very, very costly... and has not just run me down financially but health-wise as well. I couldn't sleep and my situation even interfered with my ability to concentrate on work. It's your problem. You married her. I believe even the Judges have become desensitized by all the cases they've seen and don't care about you or the children. Maciej reviewed my case, verified the facts, saw I was telling the truth and not just took the case, but took interest in my case. Something I hadn't experienced with any other attorney, judge, GAL, CPS or anyone. Maciej cared. I didn't think that was possible from an attorney. It's been a great experience, as far as court goes anyway. About as good as court is going to get. I had not seen my son since 2008. Now 2015, Maciej got me my son back. I now have custody. These attorneys are up against a backwards system of Justice, yet Maciej came through. He had the right words, asked the right questions and truly reviewed the documentation I gave him. he was prepared. Court is tricky. Sometimes you can have the best evidence, the best testimony, and still come out loosing. I can't imagine doing what he does because, there are no guarantees. All I can say is that I have been very happy, I'm sleeping well again, I see my son everyday, and more importantly, my son is happier than he's ever been. He got his dad back. We can't thank Maciej enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We're catching up on lost time and are just thrilled with the outcome. Having Maciej made all the difference. I highly recommend him.
