Words do not express my gratitude for the skill and professionalism with which Rebecca handled my case. Throughout my divorce and custody battle Rebecca was easily accessible, patient and extremely knowledgeable about my case. Separation negotiations with my now-separated spouse were not going well. After a few weeks of volatile behavior and various threats from said spouse I was scared, barely eating or sleeping, and under incredible stress. I realized I needed a lawyer. I searched online quite a bit but was very disap...pointed. So many reviewers felt that their attorneys had neglected or cheated them. Thankfully, I didn't end up with anyone like that. I found Rebecca. She contacted my spouse's counsel and for the most part, the belligerence and threats stopped that day. It was seriously like night and day. It was a turning point for me, as well. Thanks to Rebecca's confidence and experience throughout the process, so much of my stress and worry evaporated. I remember sleeping like a baby the first night after hiring her (and I eat just fine now). She was always quick to respond to me, whether by phone or email, and she patiently walked me through the separation negotiations. I drew much of my strength from hers. Rebecca was excellent! She assisted me after my daughters dad took me to court for a visitation schedule. She provided great legal guidance as well as ensuring we had a very detailed visitation order taking into consideration my daughter's needs and feelings. I have never had to seek legal help and s...he did an amazing job at explaining everything to me as far as the process, legal fees, set realistic expectations and ensuring I got the end result I wanted that would most benefit my daughter. She was extremely responsive, courteous and definitely made me feel secure through out the entire process. Reaching her was never a problem and she always had an answer for me. She even went off on Maternity Leave and her entire team she works with made sure I was taken care of. Upon her return i heard right back from her and I would highly recommend her. Rebecca was great. She completed my PSA after only talking to me on the phone for 20 minutes. She incorporated everything I wanted and sent it out quickly for signatures. I held off on the divorce papers for a year because of circumstances. I emailed Rebecca a year after she completed the PSA a...nd asked her to file for my divorce. She was able to do all the paperwork within two weeks. Very professional, courteous, and understanding of my circumstances and situation.
